Destination/Route Name: Bikes, Backroads, and Bourbon
Ride Description: What more could you ask for than a weekend full of iconic bikes, exceptional backroads, and a stop at one of the top bourbon distilleries in Kentucky.
Day 1: Our adventure starts with a ride down I-71 across the river to pick up US 127 in Kentucky. We’ll follow US 127 for a quick stop at the Buffalo Trace Distillery to shop, followed by Lunch in Franklin, KY. The final portion of day will be a leisurely ride to the hotel Lebanon, TN.
Lodging: TBD
Day 2: After breakfast, we’ll head out for a great day of riding through the hills of eastern TN. Lunch may be a picnic lunch. More to follow.
Day 3: The ride back to Ohio will be pretty much the route down.
This is a CLOSED chapter event - members are allowed to bring one guest.
Please arrive with tanks full, people empty.
Road Conditions: The ride is mostly country roads and US highways, with some interstate. As with most country roads, there are portions that are technical and gentle curves
Costs: Hotels and meals
Miles: Day 1- 304; Day 2-212; Day 3-304
Break /Stops: Gas/comfort stops are planned every 1 to 1.5 hours.
Staging: TBD, 7:30 am
Kickstands Up: 8:00 am
Return Time: Approx. 3-3:30 PM

Closed Event: Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. Chapter members. Closed Events are those events open to Chapter members and one guest per member. All guests must sign an event release. Be aware, all rides and events are subject to change or cancellation due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
